• Precise Location Data: Because the Service is a ride-hailing and courier platform, we collect precise location data from your mobile device to match riders with drivers, show trip progress, and calculate fares. This data is collected even when the app is in the background if a trip is active.
• Camera and Media: We request access to your camera and gallery to allow you to take and upload profile pictures, vehicle photos, and identity documents (for drivers).
• Personal Information: During registration, we collect your Name, Email Address, and Phone Number. For drivers, we also collect license and vehicle registration details.
• Usage and Device Data: We collect information on how the app is accessed and used, including device model, operating system, and unique device identifiers (for crash reporting and security).

Lucky Ride uses the collected data for various purposes:

• To provide and maintain our Service (e.g., location tracking for rides).

• To monitor usage of our Service and detect technical issues (via Firebase Crashlytics).
• To process payments and manage your Wallet.

We may employ third-party companies, such as Google Maps (Location) and Firebase (Crashlytics & Authentication), to facilitate our Service or assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

Google AdSense: We use Google AdSense to serve ads on our website. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies (including the DoubleClick DART cookie) to serve ads to our users based on their visits to our site and other sites on the Internet. Users may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google Ad and Content Network privacy policy.
